1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the Jeet Buzz website and platform at jeetbuzz-vip.net (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Jeet Buzz ("the Company", "we", "us").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of Jeet Buzz after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered by Jeet Buzz, including but not limited to: online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, the Aviator game, Andar Bahar, Jackpot Slots, card games, promotional offers, bonuses and any other products made available through the Platform.

2Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The Jeet Buzz Platform is available exclusively to persons who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. The Company reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If verification reveals that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately and any deposits or winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Jeet Buzz complies with the laws applicable in your location. The Platform is intended for use by residents and nationals of Pakistan. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and the Company accepts no liability in this regard.

2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on Jeet Buzz. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and balances may be forfeited.

2.4 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth, valid mobile number and any other details requested. Providing false information at any stage is grounds for account closure and forfeiture of any funds.

2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Jeet Buzz will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Notify Jeet Buzz support immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access.

3Account Responsibilities

Your Jeet Buzz account is personal to you. You must not share access with any other person, allow any other person to use your account to place bets or make transactions, or operate your account on behalf of a third party.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised it. The Company reserves the right to void any transactions conducted in breach of this provision.

3.1 KYC Verification. Jeet Buzz may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal request. KYC documents may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.2 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Jeet Buzz will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy fees. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be disclosed in advance. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to maintain active status.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Jeet Buzz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, interbank funds transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may be returned to the originating payment method. Processing times are generally instant for Easypaisa and JazzCash.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this minimum will not be processed. Players may accumulate their balance and request withdrawal once the minimum threshold is met.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Jeet Buzz aims to process all withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: within 10–30 minutes of request approval
• NayaPay and SadaPay: within 30–60 minutes of approval
• Bank IBFT: within 1–4 business hours of approval
• Visa/Mastercard: within 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

These timeframes are targets and not guarantees. Delays may occur during periods of high demand or when KYC verification is pending.

4.5 Withdrawal Source. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. Jeet Buzz may request additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different method than the depositing account.

4.6 No Money Laundering. The Platform must not be used as a mechanism for money laundering or any other financial crime. Jeet Buzz is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and reserves the right to flag, hold or report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Jeet Buzz offers various promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and free spins. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are stated on the promotion page. The general principles below apply to all Jeet Buzz bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion detail page. Wagering requirements typically range from 20× to 40× the bonus amount.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates on Jeet Buzz are as follows:

• Slots: 100% contribution per Rs wagered
• Live Casino table games: 10–20% contribution
• Andar Bahar: 20% contribution
• Sports betting: 50% contribution on qualifying bets
• Jackpot Slots: 10% contribution

5.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses on Jeet Buzz have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of award. Unused bonus funds and any associated free spins that have not been played by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. Jeet Buzz reserves the right to cancel bonuses, withhold winnings and close accounts where it suspects bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: taking advantage of an error in a promotion, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing bets in a pattern designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than engage in genuine gaming activity.

5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Only one active bonus may be held at any given time unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Players who have an active bonus must complete or cancel it before claiming a new one.

6Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation. All non-live casino games on Jeet Buzz use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). These are independently tested by recognised third-party agencies to ensure genuinely random outcomes. Jeet Buzz does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the house edge mathematically built into each game by the provider.

6.2 Published RTPs. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel within the Jeet Buzz lobby. These figures are long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games use physical cards, dice or roulette wheels operated by trained professional dealers streamed via high-definition video. Results are determined in real time and are final. Technical disconnections during a live game round will be handled in accordance with the game provider's rules, which are published within the game interface.

6.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error or system failure on the Jeet Buzz platform, any affected bets or rounds will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. Jeet Buzz is not liable for losses incurred due to technical failures beyond its control.

6.5 Betting Limits. Each game has published minimum and maximum bet limits visible in the game interface. Jeet Buzz reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to any account where unusual patterns are identified.

7Sports Betting Rules

Jeet Buzz offers sports betting on cricket (including PSL and international matches), football, kabaddi and other events. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the Platform.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only accepted when confirmed by the Jeet Buzz system and a bet reference is generated. Bets placed on markets that have already closed, or on events that have already started (unless in-play betting is explicitly available), will be void.

7.2 Odds Changes. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. Jeet Buzz may suspend markets at any time, including during live events, at the Company's discretion.

7.3 Event Cancellations. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum qualifying period of play has been completed (as defined per sport), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For cricket matches, the minimum qualifying period is defined as at least 50% of scheduled overs for each team in limited-overs formats.

7.4 In-Play Betting. In-play bets are subject to a brief delay before acceptance. Jeet Buzz reserves the right to void in-play bets where acceptance was made after a materially relevant outcome had already occurred but had not yet been reflected in the live odds feed.

7.5 Maximum Win. The maximum payout on any single sports bet, or combination of related bets settled simultaneously, is Rs 10,00,000 (PKR ten lakh) unless a higher limit is explicitly stated for a specific market. Winnings in excess of this limit may be reduced to the stated maximum at the Company's discretion.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jeet Buzz Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening more than one account on Jeet Buzz, including accounts registered under different names or using different devices
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to place bets, access the Platform or interact with games in any way not intended for human players
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical loopholes in games or platform systems for financial gain
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer games
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent
• Allowing minors to use your Jeet Buzz account
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage the reputation of Jeet Buzz or its providers
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate any portion of the Jeet Buzz platform, software or content

9Suspension and Account Closure

Jeet Buzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any specific game or promotion rules
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud or money laundering
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or closure)
• Regulatory requirement or instruction by a competent authority

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, Jeet Buzz may, at its discretion, forfeit any remaining bonus balances and withhold any winnings derived from prohibited activity. Deposits made through a legitimate payment method will generally be returned to the originating source, minus any amount representing identified fraudulent gains.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact Jeet Buzz customer support. Closed accounts will have their data handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the Jeet Buzz platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, promotional materials and the Jeet Buzz brand name itself — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform or its content.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jeet Buzz and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from use of the Platform
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses arising from interrupted service, technical downtime, or third-party payment processing delays
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security or arising from unauthorised account access
• Decisions made by a player based on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game information or promotional details that may contain errors

The total aggregate liability of Jeet Buzz to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim, unless a greater amount is required by applicable law.

12Privacy and Data

Jeet Buzz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your data is used to maintain your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, send promotional communications (where you have opted in) and fulfil legal and regulatory obligations. Jeet Buzz does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by Jeet Buzz, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact support to make a data request.

13Responsible Gaming

Jeet Buzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and with no delay.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up alerts that show your current session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusions of 6 months or longer are irrevocable for their full duration.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the Jeet Buzz Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15Governing Rules and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by the rules and standards applicable to Jeet Buzz's operating licence.

15.1 Dispute Process. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Jeet Buzz account, a game outcome or a payment, please contact our customer support team in the first instance via live chat or by email at support@jeetbuzz-vip.net. The support team will aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.

15.2 Escalation. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by the support team, you may escalate it in writing to the Jeet Buzz Compliance team. All escalated complaints will receive a final written response within 14 business days of escalation.

15.3 Game Decisions. All decisions made by the Jeet Buzz platform regarding game outcomes — including jackpot awards, free spin results, sports bet settlements and bonus calculations — are final once the round or event has been settled. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant transaction date.
